I would highly recommend staying at this riad, everything was perfect.

The room was beautiful and really spacious. Breakfast was included in the price, which was really tasty and served on the lovely terrace. The staff were all so helpful and friendly, which really made a difference to our stay. Can’t recommend this place enough.

amazing experience highly recommend

staff were very friendly we asked for a special request which they fulfilled, everything was really clean and overall really pretty

Perfect stay, like at home!!!

This place is a very spotless Riad/hotel with the price of a b&b. The cleaning is exceptional, the staff always kind and ready to help at any hour, the room very beautiful and the beds comfortable. The roof top terraces are perfect to chill, have breakfast or sunbath. They also have a SpA that offers traditional hammam. You feel at home from the moment you wake up. Thanks to the manager Riad and all the staff at Riad da Vinci.

It's only a suggestion more than something that I didnt like. Would be good to have a bit more light in the bathroom, sometimes was hard to put make up on because a bit dark.

Beautiful, traditional Moroccan charm

Just how I imagined a stay at a Moroccan Riad! Beautiful old building with lots of charm. The location is great (once you get your bearings). We booked our Airport transfer via the riad and it is something I’d recommend other travellers to do, at least if arriving after dark. I am not sure we would have found our way from where the driver dropped us to the riad without the drivers assistance. It is not that it is far, just that the winding alleys of the medina can be a bit daunting at first sight! Riad was an excellent host, very friendly and with a wealth of information and handy tips for Marrakech. The simple but hearty breakfast on the rooftop terrace was an excellent way to start the day. Particularly liked the traditional bread and mint tea. We also had an evening dinner here and it was delicious.

Unsure if the 2 boys waiting by the taxi with the cart/wheelbarrow to take our luggage just provided the service or works for the riad. From the taxi drop off there is about 2 , max 3 minutes walk to the riad. Of course we were tipping them, but think it is very cheeky to say no when handed a €2 coin and insist it has to be ‘paper money’. As we hadn’t had a chance to exchange at the airport the smallest ‘paper money’ was €5. Call me stingy but think it was a bit much for a 3 minute service.

the hotel was beautiful, Riad was the most helpful and friendly host you could ask for. he made us feel comfortable and helped us make the most of our trip. the rooms were lovely. i have zero faults for the hotel or staff. all friendly and helpful. went above and beyond for us.

The spa needs a bit of improvement, the staff weren’t well trained, i found my facial extremely painful. the massage was very very basic.

Marrakesh excellence

Welcomed by Riad to this beautiful sanctuary of peace in the middle of a crazy city. The hotel staff are exceptionally helpful and were on hand for help and advice at any time! The room was very comfortable, with everything you need for the perfect stay. There are alot of stairs in the hotel as it is an old building I presume most of the old riads are similar. Highly recommend this hotel and we will definitely visit again one day! Thank you xxx

The interior is stunning, as are the rooms. The staff is very friendly and gives good advice on how to discover the Medina.

Exceptional

Beautiful property and very clean. The roof terrace was stunning! A great space if you just want to relax from the hustle and bustle of Marrakesh. We had dinner our first night and it was great value and delicious. Breakfast was also very good! We stayed in two rooms as I had made two separate bookings. Both were very clean and comfortable. They had either a fan or air-con. Maid service was excellent. :) staff were extremely friendly and went out of their way to help us. They organised transfers from the airport and to the bus station.

It was great !

The sympathy, the hospitality and how helpfull all staff was with us, in particular Mr. Riad who is a true Gentleman. Everytime we needed anything, the staff got us a solution and they always shown flexibility to make us feel confortable. The Riad it self is quite confortable, very clean and we feel we are at home.

Amazing! Book your stay here!

The place is gorgeous and big, they had plenty of pools. We had a dip on the biggest one which was around 3ft deep. The staff were really welcoming and helpful! They gave us a map and gave recommendations. The room was big and clean, the bathroom was spacious! We were able to go up to the rooftop which was also picturesque, they served breakfast there, it was a really great way to start the day! We would also like to thank our host because when we wanted some food delivered and he helped us in receiving it. We really felt at home. Definitely a riad that you would like to stay while in Marrakesh. Also they have hammam spa and massage which was reasonably priced and a great experience!
